By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:​

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken on arrival, or
  • You received the wrong item.
To be eligible:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance, sale, or special offers
  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable), such as personal care items or food-grade products, once opened

After review, our team will let you know whether your return is approved.Do not send any product back unless we confirm and share return instructions.
3. Replacement Policy

If your item is approved for replacement:

  • We will arrange a replacement product of the same item.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • Product damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product not delivered but marked as cancelled by us
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not provide refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed delivery due to courier or external reasons
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Items returned without approval

5. Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • If a refund is approved, shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
