1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
If there is a delay due to stock issues or verification, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service.Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro / major cities: 4–7 working days
  • Other locations: 5–10 working days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.Occasionally, we may offer free shipping during offers or promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number (where available).
  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.
If tracking is delayed or not updated, please allow some time as courier systems may take a while to refresh.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct.We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Additional charges for re-shipping due to address issues
If the package returns to us, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery may be attempted multiple times by the courier.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or an item is missing:

  • Take clear photos or video of the parcel and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will review the case and assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping (if applicable)

If DesiliBazz does not currently ship internationally, mention:We currently ship only within India.(If you want international shipping in the future, we can update this section.)
